With a background in both television and digital production, and a strong writing bent, Susan is one of our valued collaborators. She understands the potential of new media to tell your story, having worked with a broad spread of clients developing client integrations, managing exciting branded websites, fostering large web communities, and producing documentaries, factual segments and sponsor-funded programming.

After completing his degree in information technology, Riccardo established himself as an online entrepreneur. His portfolio is vast and he’s fluent in HTML and CSS. Riccardo’s an expert in link building, keyword research and content creation and has spent the last 3 years lifting websites to Google page one status.
